'Rest'
This painting is about allowing yourself to rest, as we often feel guilty about taking time to ourselves to rest and relax, but it's so important for mental and physical health.
I think it helps to remember that even the most respected, powerful creatures, such as tigers, need rest.
 
I used warm, calming colours on this painting, with a limited colour pallet of oranges, pinks and purples. There are also some small details in metallic gold acrylic.
